BAGIAN – BAGIAN MOTOR DIESEL

Update lagi nih, saya akan bagikan sebuah materi motor diesel. Buat anak mesin harus baca artikel ini untuk menambah wawasan Anda tentang mesin diesel ngak usah terlalu panjang lebar langsung saja simak berikut ini.

Konstruksi utama dari motor diesel adalah terdiri dari kepala silinder, blok motor, dan karter motor.

1. Kepala Silinder (Cylinder Head)

Bahan : dibuat dari paduan baja tuang

Kegunaan : untuk menutup blok motor bagian atas, dimana antara kepala silinder

dengan blok motor dapat dipisahkan

Konstruksi kepala silinder :

 Terdapat lubang – lubang untuk saluran air pendingin mesin

 Terdapat ruang rongga untuk ruang pembakaran

 Terdapat lubang – lubang untuk tempat kedudukan nozzle pengabut (injector

     nozzle)

 Terdapat lubang – lubang untuk tempat kedudukan katup masuk dan katup

     buang serta mekanis katup lainnya

 Terdapat lubang - lubang untuk tempat kedudukan baut pengikat mesin

 Tempat kedudukan kaitan pengangkat mesin

Pemasangan kepala silinder motor

 Pada umumnya kepala silinder dapat dipisahkan dari blok motor

 Diantara kepala silinder dan silinder blok dipasang pelapis packing yang dibuat

     dari asbes dibungkus dengan tembaga, gunanya untuk merapatkan permukaan

     antara kepala silinder dan blok silinder, sehingga tidak terdapat kebocoran dan

     harus tahan terhadap suhu panas yang tinggi

 Pelapis packing sebelum dipasang diberi stenvet oli atau gasket lem

 Untuk membuka dan mengeraskan mur atau baut kepala silinder harus menurut

     urutan tertentu dan selalu dimulai dari bagian tengah selanjutnya melebar

     keluar dengan sistem diagonal atau sistem menyilang, dimana tiap – tiap mur

     atau baut kepala silinder harus mempunyai tekanan yang sama

 Untuk mengeraskan mur atau baut kepala silinder mempergunakan kunci

     momen

Kegunaan pelapis packing adalah untuk mengatasi kebocoran antara kepala silinder

dan blok motor. Tiap – tiap motor jenis pelapis packing mempunyai bentuk yang

berbeda – beda

Cara memasang pelapis packing pada kepala silinder

 Seluruh permukaan kepala silinder di lapisi oli stenvet

 Kedua permukaan pelapis packing ada yang sama bentuknya, apabila tidak

sama meka yang terdapat lipatan, harus menghadap ke kepala silinder motor

tersebut

2. Blok Motor dan silinder

A. Blok Motor

Bahan : terbuat dari paduan baja tuang

Keguanaan:

 Sebagai tempat bersirkulasi saluran air pendingin

 Sebagai tempat duduknya poros engkol

 Sebagai tempat duduknya peralatan mekanik katup

 Blok motor disatukan dengan silinder yang mana fungsi silinder sebagai tempat

bergeraknya piston.

B. Tabung Silinder Motor (cylinder liner)

Bahan : terbuat dari paduan baja tuang yang dikerskan, silinder motor dapat

dilepaskan dari blok motor dan ada pula disenyawakan langsung pada blok motor.

Silinder yang dpat dilepaskan dari blok motor terbagi atas :

1. Tabung silinder basah (Wet type cylinder liner)

Adalah : tabung silinder yang berhubungan langsung dengan air pendingin

2. Tabung silinder kering (dry type cylinder liner)

Adalah : tabung silinder yang tidak berhubungan langsung dengan air

Pendingin

3. Karter Motor (oil pan)

Karter (oil pan) adalah bagian dari motor yang mendukung dan menutup bagian dari

poros engkol (crankshaft) dari mesin tersebut.

Kegunaan :

 Untuk tempat minyak pelumas

 Pada karter dilengkapi dengan pelapis packing yang terbuat dari gabus

Pedoman cara memasang pelapis packing pada karter

Bagian yang melekat pada blok motor yang dilengkapi dengan oli stenvet, sedangkan bagian yang melekat pada karter dilapisi dengan gasket lem shellac

4. Manifold

Manifold pada motor diesel terbagi menjadi 2 macam meliputi :

1. manifold masuk ( saluran pemasukan udara )

2. manifold buang ( saluran pembuangan gas bekas)

konstruksi :

 dihubungkan menjadi satu antara manifold masuk dan manifold buang dan ada

yang terpisah

 manifold masuk terdapat saringan udara dan berhubungan pada venturi kontrol

untuk mesin diesel yang jenis pompa penekan bahan bakarnya type kevakuman

udara

 manifold buang erhubungan dengan pipa pembuangan gas bekas

 manifod masuk dan buang diletakkan pada blok motor dengan pelapis dari tembaga

dan asbes supaya tidak bocor

 pada jenis manifold masuk dan buang distukan dengan maksud supaya panas yang

dipancarkan oleh saluran pembuangan dapat dipakai untuk memanaskan pipa

pemasukan agar udara yang masuk ke dalam silinder motor menjadi hangat

Pengertian Lompat
            Lompat jauh adalah gerakan berpindah tempat dari satu titik (tempat) ke tempat lainnya dengan cara menolakan satu kaki ke atas depan sejauh-jauhnya. Mengapa tolakan dilakukan dengan satu kaki? jawabnya adalah inilah yang membedakan antara lompat dengan loncat, dimana kalau loncat menggunakan tumpuan dua kaki secara bersamaan, contohnya loncat indah (olahraga aquatik) dan loncat harimau (tiger sprong) pada olahraga senam lantai.

Tujuan lompat jauh adalah melakukan lompatan sejauh maungkin dengan teknik yang benar.

            Gaya dalam lompat jauh adalah bentuk tubuh atau badan saat melayang di udara. Pada lompat jauh ada beberapa macam gaya yaitu: gaya jongkok (ortodock), gaya menggantung (shepperhang), dan gaya berjalan di udara ( walking in the air).

Pengertian Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok (ortodock)  
            Gaya jongkok merupakan gaya tertua dalam lonpat jauh, gaya jongkok paling mudah dilakukan karena pelompat hanya melakukan gerakan menekuk kedua kaki saat melayang di udara (seperti gerakan Jongkok) jadi Lompat jauh gaya jongkok adalah gerakan lompat jauh dimana badan atau tubuh seperti jongkok di udara.

Teknik Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok (ortodock)
            Teknik lompat jauh pada dasarnya dibagi menjadi empat bagian yaitu: Awalan, tumpuan atau tolakan, saat melayang di udara, dan mendarat pada bak lompat. Untuk lebih jelasnya mari kita pelajari teknik lompat jauh gaya jongkok berikut ini.

Awalan
            Lompat jauh diawali dengan gerakan lari secepat-cepatnya pada lintasan awalan lompat, dengan jarak antara 35-45 meter. Lari awalan dilakukan dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai pada balok atau papan tumpuan tanpa merubah langkah kaki. Gerakan awalan ini sangat menentukan daya dorong tubuh ke depan karena semakin cepat melakukan lari awalan semakin tinggi atau besar tenaga inersia yang dihasilkan untuk membawa tubuh ke depan, sehingga hasil lompatanpun akan semakin jauh.


Tolakan atau Tumpuan
            Tolakan atau tumpuan dalam lompat jauh adalah gerakan menolak menggunakan satu kaki ke arah atas depan yang dilakukan saat di atas balok atau papan tumpuan lompat jauh. Tolakan yang benar dan maksimal akan menjadi faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan lompatan karena semakin tinggi tubuh melayang di udara maka akan semakin lama mendarat dan di tambah dengan daya dorong ke depan dari lari awalan, akan terjadi perpaduan dorongan ke atas dan dorongan ke depan sehingga tubuh akan semakin lama melayang di udara pada akhirnya hasil lompatan akan semakin jauh.
            Cara melakukan tolakan yang benar adalah menggunakan kaki terkuat, boleh kaki kanan atau kaki kiri yang terpenting tolakan dilakukan saat di atas papan tolak. Tolakan sekuat-kuatnya ke arah atas dengan kecondongan badan 40-50 derajat.

Melayang di Udara
            Gerakan saat melayang di udara pada lompat jauh gaya jongkok dimulai setelah melakukan tolakan maka segera menekuk kedua kaki secara bersamaan. gerakan ini akan tampak seperti melakukan jongkok di udara dengan ke dua tangan lurus ke depan.

Mendarat  
            Gerakan mendarat dilakukan dengan meluruskan kedua kaki ke depan tetapi tetap mempertahankan kecondongan badan. Mendarat menggunakan dua kaki bersamaan dimulai dengan ujung kaki dan dilanjutkan gerakan ngeper agar tidak terjadi cidera pada otot atau persendian kaki. Gerakan mendarat di akhiri dengan melangkahkan kaki ke depan keluar dari bak lompatan.

Peraturan Lompat Jauh.
1)    Lintasan awalan lompat jauh lebar minimal 1,22 m dan panjang 45 m.
2)    Panjang papan tolakan 1, 22 m; lebar 20 cm dan tebal 10 cm.
3)    Pada sisi dekat dengan tempat mendarat harus diletakkan papan  plastisin untuk mencatat bekas kaki pelompat bila ia berbuat salah tolak sekurang-kurangnya 1 m dari tepi depan bak pasir pendaratan.
4)    Lebar tempat pendaratan minimal 2, 75 m, jarak antara garis tolakan sampai akhir tempat lompatan minimal 10 m.
5)    Permukaan pasir di dalam tempat pendaratan harus sama tinggi/datar dengan sisi atas papan tolakan.
